We recommend booking ahead to ensure your preferred time is available. You can view current availability through our online booking system.
Please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, although arriving late may affect the time available for your service.
You can manage your appointment through your booking confirmation. We kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before making any changes.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. While the card will not be charged the full amount, a temporary $1 hold may be placed to verify the card on file.
Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if the appointment is not canceled within the designated time frame.
Gratuity can be conveniently added to your card at checkout, or you may choose to tip your service provider directly via cash, Venmo, or another preferred method.
Appointment times vary depending on the service. We recommend allowing approximately 60–90 minutes for your visit.
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring photos of styles you like. They're a helpful starting point for discussing your preferences and finding a look that works for you.

We're located at Alloy, next to the historic Nate Starkman Building. From Matteo Street, follow the railroad tracks toward Alloy. You'll find us next to the Pilates studio. GPS directions may not always lead directly to our entrance.
Complimentary street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Paid parking is also available at the Alloy and Palmetto parking structures nearby.
Yes. Our Arts District shop is where The Oliver Club Barber Shop began. You can learn more about our history here.

Our Downtown LA shop is located at The Bloc, alongside the Sheraton Hotel and destinations such as Alamo Drafthouse and Ballers DTLA.
Parking is available in The Bloc's parking structure for $1 with validation for the first hour and $3 for a second hour. Show your Oliver Club DTLA receipt at the valet desk to have your parking validated.
Yes! We're now accepting appointments as part of our soft opening. We're still completing the next phase of our space, with more to share in the coming months.
