Oliver Club Barber Shop is seeking a Lead Barber / House Manager to oversee the daily guest experience and flow of the shop.

This role is for someone who is warm, observant, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility. You will welcome guests, support the barber team, manage appointment flow, and ensure the shop remains calm, clean, and presentation-ready.

  • The House Manager is responsible for the condition and coordination of the shop throughout the day.

    You will:

    • Welcome and check in guests.

    • Monitor appointments, delays, and schedule changes.

    • Communicate clearly with barbers and clients.

    • Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the shop.

    • Keep supplies and guest amenities organized.

    • Handle routine client concerns professionally.

    • Support opening and closing procedures.

    • Address small problems before they affect the guest experience.
