Our Core Barber position is designed for licensed early-career barbers who have strong fundamentals but are still building their professional experience and client base.
What We Look for Instead of a Large Following

You should understand the fundamentals of haircutting, clipper work, scissor work, blending, sectioning and finishing. You do not need to have mastered every service, but your technical foundation should be dependable.
